- Conduct product testing and validation to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in medical technology and incorporate new technologies into product design and development.
- Document and communicate technical information effectively to internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Participate in product development projects and provide technical expertise to ensure successful product launch.
- Maintain accurate and organized documentation of product support activities.

Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Technical Product Support Role.
Strong Understanding Of Medical Device Regulations And Quality Standards (E.g. Fda, Iso).
Excellent Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills.
Ability To Communicate Complex Technical Information Effectively To Both Technical And Non-Technical Stakeholders.
