  6. Stay up-to-date with advancements in medical technology and incorporate new technologies into product design and development.
  7. Document and communicate technical information effectively to internal teams and external stakeholders.
  8. Participate in product development projects and provide technical expertise to ensure successful product launch.
  9. Maintain accurate and organized documentation of product support activities.
  10. Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to enhance product performance and customer satisfaction.
  11. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and standards.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Technical Product Support Role.

  • Strong Understanding Of Medical Device Regulations And Quality Standards (E.g. Fda, Iso).

  • Excellent Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills.

  • Ability To Communicate Complex Technical Information Effectively To Both Technical And Non-Technical Stakeholders.
