  1. Develop and implement product security strategies and policies in alignment with the company's mission and goals.
  2. Lead and manage a team of product security professionals to ensure the highest level of security for all Edwards Lifesciences products.
  3. Stay updated on the latest security threats and vulnerabilities in the medical device industry and proactively address any potential risks.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Quality, Regulatory, and IT to integrate security measures into product development processes.
  5. Conduct risk assessments and develop risk mitigation plans for new and existing products.
  6. Stay informed on relevant regulations and standards related to product security and ensure compliance with these requirements.
  7. Establish and maintain relationships with external security experts, government agencies, and industry partners to stay abreast of best practices and emerging technologies in product security.
  8. Lead investigations and coordinate responses to any security incidents or breaches involving Edwards Lifesciences products.
  9. Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on product security protocols and best practices.
  10. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of product security measures and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  11. Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to communicate the company's commitment to product security to customers and stakeholders.
  12. Represent the company in industry events and conferences related to product security.
  13. Manage budget and resources for the product security team.
  14. Foster a culture of security awareness and accountability throughout the organization.

Job Qualifications

The Candidate Should Have A Degree In Computer Science, Information Security, Or Related Fields.
