Job Description

We’re looking for a Director, New Product Introduction – Structural Surgical Heart to join our dynamic team at Edwards Lifesciences. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to shape the future of heart valve therapy and make a difference to the lives of those in need.We’re looking for an ambitious and experienced leader who’s passionate about bringing innovative products to market. As the Director, New Product Introduction – Structural Surgical Heart, you’ll have the responsibility to ensure the successful launch and commercialization of our Structural Surgical Heart products. You’ll be the driving force behind our product introduction strategy and you’ll work closely with our R&D, Medical Affairs, Clinical, Marketing, and Regulatory teams to ensure our products are launched and marketed in the most effective way.To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in medical device marketing and product introduction, as well as a proven record of leading and managing complex projects. You should also have a proven track record of successful product launches, as well as a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and clinical evidence development.If you’re an experienced leader with a passion for bringing innovative products to market, then this could be the perfect role for you.
