Job Description

Edwards Lifesciences is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Director of Investor Relations to join our team. We’re looking for a candidate with a solid understanding of capital markets, extensive experience in investor relations and public relations, and a proven track record of managing investor and analyst relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong business acumen, and a passion for exceeding expectations. The Director of Investor Relations will be a key leader in representing Edwards Lifesciences’ financial story to key stakeholders and driving long-term shareholder value.Required Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration• 7+ years of experience in investor relations or public relations• Proven track record of managing investor and analyst relationships• Strong business acumen• Excellent communication skills• Ability to analyze and interpret financial data• Proven track record of developing and executing investor relations strategies• Highly organized, with excellent time management skills• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities• Knowledge of the capital markets and SEC regulations• Ability to interact with senior leadership

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute investor relations strategies to drive long-term shareholder value.
Represent Edwards Lifesciences' financial story to key stakeholders.
Manage investor and analyst relationships.
Analyze and interpret financial data.
Prepare presentations for executive management.
Provide timely updates to senior management and investors.
Create and maintain investor relations materials.
Respond to inquiries from investors in a timely manner.
Monitor and identify trends in the capital markets.
Monitor and comply with SEC regulations.
Participate in investor conferences and roadshows.
