
Director, Global Training & Development, Global Supply Chain
Edwards Lifesciences is seeking an experienced and driven Director of Global Training & Development for Global Supply Chain to join our dynamic, global team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and passionate professional to lead the global training and development strategy in support of our supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will have the knowledge and expertise to develop, implement, and evaluate leadership development and training programs that are tailored to the needs of our global supply chain operations. The successful candidate must possess a combination of leadership, business acumen, and training and development experience. They must have a track record of developing and executing innovative solutions to drive performance and build a culture of continuous improvement across the globe. Additionally, strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to effectively collaborate with global stakeholders, are essential. The ability to travel internationally is also required.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive global training and development strategy for the supply chain operations.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate leadership development and training programs tailored to the global supply chain operations.
- Utilize innovative solutions to drive performance and build a culture of continuous improvement across the globe.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure successful execution and implementation of training and development programs.
- Monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness and adjust as needed.
- Utilize data and analytics to inform decisions regarding training and development.
- Prepare and present reports to senior leadership on training and development program progress and results.
- Travel internationally to meet with stakeholders and manage global training initiatives.
