Job Description

As the Sr. Analyst, Technical Writer, this individual will assist with establishing standards for content and tone of voice for myHR on behalf of the Edwards Lifesciences Human Resources department. Provide oversight and adherence on content governance (consistency of format, style, voice and tone) for all myHR content. Partner with various Subject Matter Experts (mostly within Global HR) to develop and enhance employee facing content on relevant HR topics. Use HTML and content management systems expertise to edit, revise, and convert content from a variety of external formats (such and Microsoft Office to HTML). Develop and execute continuous improvement ideas and tactics for content delivery and governance through various channels (myHR reporting, ServiceNow Community, classes, external development opportunities, etc.) for the benefit of stakeholders and end users. Responsible for expertise on knowledge management process flows.

Job Qualifications

Minimum of five years' experience as a technical writer.
Portfolio and work samples that demonstrate writing for web based platforms, voice and tone consistency
