  1. Develop and implement strategies to optimize vehicle fleet operations and streamline processes.
  2. Utilize expertise in fleet management systems to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  3. Analyze data and generate reports to track fleet performance and identify opportunities for cost savings.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure fleet management systems align with company goals and objectives.
  5. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies in fleet management.
  7. Train and support team members on proper use of fleet management systems.
  8. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to fleet management systems.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of fleet equipment.
  10. Monitor and manage fleet budget, including forecasting and cost control measures.
  11. Participate in the development and implementation of safety protocols and procedures for fleet operations.
  12. Proactively identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
  13. Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in fleet management systems.
  14. Collaborate with upper management to set strategic goals and objectives for fleet management.
  15. Communicate updates and progress to relevant stakeholders and provide recommendations for improvement.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Vehicle Fleet Management, Preferably In A Large Corporation.

  • Knowledge Of Industry Best Practices And Regulations Related To Fleet Management, Including Safety, Maintenance, And Compliance.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Analyze Data And Make Data-Driven Recommendations.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
