As the Senior Manager, you will oversee the maintenance of our fleet vehicles, ensuring they are in top condition to support our operations.   1. Develop and implement a comprehensive fleet maintenance program to ensure the safety, reliability, and efficiency of all company vehicles.
  2. Oversee and manage a team of fleet maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
  3. Monitor and analyze fleet maintenance data to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sustainability initiatives for the company's fleet operations.
  5. Create and maintain relationships with external vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective maintenance and repairs.
  6. Develop and maintain a budget for fleet maintenance expenses and monitor expenses to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in fleet management and maintenance.
  8. Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations related to fleet maintenance and safety.
  9. Conduct regular inspections of company vehicles to ensure they meet safety and performance standards.
  10. Develop and maintain a preventative maintenance schedule for all company vehicles.
  11. Review and approve all maintenance and repair invoices, ensuring accuracy and adherence to budgetary guidelines.
  12. Communicate with other departments and stakeholders to coordinate vehicle maintenance and repairs to minimize disruptions to operations.
  13. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to fleet maintenance team members.
  14. Address any fleet maintenance issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve fleet maintenance processes and procedures to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Fleet Maintenance: A Senior Manager, Fleet Maintenance Should Have A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Managing And Maintaining A Large Fleet Of Vehicles. This Experience Should Include Developing Maintenance Programs, Managing Budgets, And Overseeing A Team Of Mechanics And Technicians.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: A Successful Senior Manager, Fleet Maintenance Should Have Strong Leadership Skills And The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team. This Includes Knowledge Of Environmental, Safety, And Dot Regulations, As Well As Experience In Developing And Implementing Compliance Programs.

  • Budget Management Experience: As A Senior Manager, Fleet Maintenance, The Candidate Should Have Experience In Managing Budgets And Controlling Costs. This Includes The Ability To Analyze And Track Expenses, Negotiate Contracts With Vendors, And Develop Cost-Saving Strategies.

  • Technical Expertise: In Addition To Managerial Skills, The Senior Manager, Fleet Maintenance Should Possess Strong Technical Knowledge Of Vehicle Maintenance And Repair.
