  1. Develop and implement effective HR strategies to support business objectives.
  2. Collaborate with leadership to identify and address key HR needs and challenges.
  3. Drive employee engagement by promoting a positive and inclusive work culture.
  4. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with employees and leaders to foster a positive work environment.
  6. Conduct regular employee feedback sessions and use data to identify areas for improvement.
  7. Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  8. Ensure compliance with all HR laws, regulations, and company policies.
  9. Manage and resolve employee relations issues in a timely and effective manner.
  10. Partner with HR team members to develop and implement employee retention strategies.
  11. Analyze HR data to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations to improve HR processes and programs.
  12. Participate in HR projects and initiatives to continuously improve and enhance HR practices.
  13. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to make recommendations for improvement.
  14. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.
  15. Act as a role model for company values and ethics.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Hr Experience: A Senior Hr Business Partner At Edison International Should Have At Least 7-10 Years Of Relevant Experience In Hr, Preferably In A Large Organization.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: This Role Requires Someone Who Can Effectively Lead And Manage A Team Of Hr Professionals, As Well As Collaborate With Other Business Leaders To Drive Organizational Goals.

  • Strategic Thinking: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strategic Mindset And Be Able To Align Hr Initiatives With The Company's Overall Objectives.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Senior Hr Leader, The Candidate Should Possess Exceptional Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Interact With Employees At All Levels Of The Organization.

  • Knowledge Of Employment Laws And Regulations: A Solid Understanding Of Federal And State Employment Laws And Regulations Is Essential For This Role, As The Senior Hr Business Partner Will Be Responsible For Ensuring Compliance And Mitigating Potential Legal Risks.
