Extensive Hr Experience: A Senior Hr Business Partner At Edison International Should Have At Least 7-10 Years Of Relevant Experience In Hr, Preferably In A Large Organization.
Strong Leadership Skills: This Role Requires Someone Who Can Effectively Lead And Manage A Team Of Hr Professionals, As Well As Collaborate With Other Business Leaders To Drive Organizational Goals.
Strategic Thinking: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strategic Mindset And Be Able To Align Hr Initiatives With The Company's Overall Objectives.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Senior Hr Leader, The Candidate Should Possess Exceptional Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Interact With Employees At All Levels Of The Organization.
