  1. Develop and implement robotic process automation strategies and solutions to improve efficiency and streamline processes within the organization.
  2. Collaborate with various teams and departments to identify automation opportunities and assess feasibility.
  3. Conduct thorough analysis of existing processes and identify areas for improvement through automation.
  4. Design, develop, and test automation scripts and workflows using RPA tools.
  5. Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members and stakeholders on RPA best practices.
  6. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of RPA solutions, making necessary adjustments and improvements.
  7. Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders and management.
  8. Train and support end-users on the use of RPA solutions and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in RPA technology, and make recommendations for implementation within the organization.
  10. Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure secure and compliant use of RPA solutions.
  11. Assist with the development and maintenance of documentation and guidelines for RPA processes and procedures.
  12. Identify and address any potential risks or roadblocks in the implementation of RPA solutions.
  13. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the organization.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as industry standards and regulations.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Robotic Process Automation (Rpa) Development And Implementation.

  • Certification In Rpa Platforms Such As Uipath, Blue Prism, Or Automation Anywhere.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills To Identify And Address Process Automation Opportunities.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills To Work With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
