Bachelor's Degree In Business, Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Quality And Performance Management, Preferably In The Energy Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Quality Management Systems, Performance Metrics, And Data Analysis.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
Certification In Quality Management (E.g. Six Sigma, Lean, Iso) Is Preferred.
