You will work closely with key stakeholders to identify training needs, design and deliver training programs, and measure the effectiveness of our training initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in organizational development and change management, as well as experience in designing and delivering training programs.   1. Develop and implement organizational readiness and training strategies across the company.
  2. Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify training needs and create training plans to support business growth and success.
  3. Design and deliver training programs that align with company goals and objectives.
  4. Measure the effectiveness of training initiatives and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
  5. Lead and manage a team of trainers and instructional designers to ensure high-quality and impactful training materials and programs.
  6. Stay updated on industry best practices and incorporate them into the training and development strategies.
  7. Conduct needs assessments and gap analyses to identify areas for improvement and develop training solutions to address them.
  8. Work closely with HR and other departments to ensure alignment and consistency in training and development efforts.
  9. Utilize change management principles to facilitate successful implementation of organizational readiness and training initiatives.
  10. Monitor and report on the progress and impact of training initiatives, making recommendations for improvement as needed.
  11. Drive a culture of continuous learning and development across the organization.
  12. Build and maintain relationships with external training providers and vendors to ensure high-quality and cost-effective training solutions.
  13. Develop and manage the training budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.
  14. Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance on organizational readiness and training matters to leaders and employees.
  15. Collaborate with other senior managers to support overall company goals and objectives.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Organizational Development, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Organizational Readiness And Training, Preferably In A Large Company Or Utility Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Change Management Principles And Experience Leading Organizational Change Initiatives.

  • Excellent Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously And Meet Deadlines.

  • Demonstrated Experience In Developing And Delivering Training Programs, Including Instructional Design, Facilitation, And Evaluation.
