
Land Management, Associate Specialist

- Conduct research and analysis on existing land assets and potential new land acquisitions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with landowners, stakeholders, and government agencies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and permits.
- Assist in the negotiation and execution of land leases, easements, and other agreements.
- Monitor and report on land use activities and identify any potential risks or issues.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to assess land conditions and identify any necessary improvements or maintenance.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to land assets, agreements, and activities.
- Prepare and present reports and presentations on land management strategies and initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in land management.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to address any concerns or inquiries related to land use.
- Help develop and implement sustainable land management practices.
- Identify and recommend opportunities for improving land asset utilization and efficiency.
- Assist in the development of budgets and forecasts for land management activities.
- Collaborate with legal and environmental teams to ensure all land activities are in compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Act as a liaison between Edison International and external parties regarding land management matters.
Bachelor's Degree In Environmental Science, Natural Resource Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Land Management, Preferably In The Energy Industry.
Knowledge Of Federal, State, And Local Laws And Regulations Related To Land Use And Environmental Impact Assessments.
Strong Project Management Skills, Including The Ability To Plan And Execute Land Management Initiatives.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Internal And External Stakeholders.
