- Develop and implement HR programs and initiatives in alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Provide support and guidance to HR team members on best practices and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations related to HR services.
- Manage and maintain accurate employee records and data, utilizing HRIS systems and other tools as needed.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries, including benefits, policies, and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address employee needs and concerns.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and completeness of HR processes and procedures.
- Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including paperwork, background checks, and orientation.
- Participate in the development and delivery of training programs for employees and managers.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR services and make recommendations for improvement and innovation.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all employees, maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times.
- Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by HR leadership.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve and streamline HR processes and procedures.

Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Human Resources Role, With At Least 2 Years In A Specialist Or Senior Level Position
Demonstrated Knowledge And Understanding Of Hr Laws, Regulations, And Best Practices
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With All Levels Of Employees And Management
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Handle Complex And Sensitive Hr Issues With Confidentiality And Discretion.
