- Develop and implement strategies for the modernization of Edison International's ERP system, specifically in the finance department.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address gaps in the current finance processes and systems.
- Lead the design and implementation of innovative solutions to improve financial operations and enhance user experience.
- Conduct research and stay updated with industry trends to continuously improve the company's ERP system.
- Provide expert guidance and support to the finance team on utilizing the ERP system and resolving any issues that arise.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including finance leaders, IT team, and other business units.
- Ensure the successful integration of the new ERP system with other existing systems and processes.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for ERP modernization initiatives.
- Train end-users on the new ERP system and provide ongoing support as needed.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the ERP system and make recommendations for improvements.
- Stay compliant with all relevant regulations and security protocols while implementing and maintaining the ERP system.
- Drive change management efforts and communicate updates and progress to all stakeholders.
- Collaborate with external vendors and consultants as needed for ERP modernization projects.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of finance policies and procedures.
- Participate in meetings, workshops, and conferences to share best practices and stay updated with industry standards.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 7 Years Experience In Finance Or Accounting, With A Focus On Erp Systems.
Strong Understanding Of Nextgen Finance Technologies, Including Erp Platforms Such As Sap S/4Hana Or Oracle Cloud.
Experience Leading Erp Modernization Projects, Including Implementation And Integration With Other Systems.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Various Stakeholders And Drive Change Management Initiatives.
