
One Stop Manager
The One-Stop Manager is an experienced professional with skills in program operations and business development. Ensure that all partners are on working together to meet or exceed contractual performance goals within the guidelines of the operating budget and program deliverables. Ensure a positive customer experience for the One Stop Centers in the region. Assist in establishing linkages with other community service related agencies. Assist with negotiating contracts. Assist in creating and maintaining agreements (MOUs & MOAs) with partners in the region. Assist with the development of the program budgets and manage programs within budget.
3+ years relevant work experience.
Past experience working with the targeted population.
Experience with social services in the community, particularly in workforce, employment and training.
