
Continuing Education Coordinator
The Continuing Education Coordinator is primarily responsible for the coordination of EBSCO’s continuing education and accreditation processes with our multiple accrediting agencies. Work with the accreditation team to prepare accreditation applications (collecting and tracking information and supporting documentation). Create and manage the Accreditation/Continuing Education Program Calendar (filing deadlines, program schedule, and payment schedules). Monitor website and implement updates, including certification statements on products. Participate in CE product enhancements and support quality assurance processes. Establish and maintain system to retain documentation related to CE writer and reviewer credentials/certifications/resumes.
Experience with accreditation and continuing education preferred
Comfortable working in virtual team structure
Experience in project management with ability to manage multiple priorities
