Trademark Paralegal

Eastman Kodak is looking for an experienced Trademark Paralegal to join our team of legal professionals. As a Trademark Paralegal, you will be responsible for providing legal support to the company’s Trademark Department. You will be expected to maintain excellent communication with attorneys, clients and external legal counterparts, while ensuring that all trademark-related tasks are completed promptly and accurately. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience working as a paralegal in the area of trademark law, and be knowledgeable in USPTO procedures and regulations. We are looking for someone who is highly organized with strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks. In addition, the ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and be able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
