  1. Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes to ensure quality and efficiency standards are met.
  2. Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for process improvement and implement appropriate solutions.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve process-related issues.
  4. Utilize engineering principles and methods to develop and implement new processes and technologies.
  5. Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  6. Conduct testing and validation of new processes and equipment.
  7. Develop and maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures.
  8. Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity and reduce costs.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in manufacturing technology.
  10. Train and mentor team members on new processes and procedures.
  11. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  12. Communicate with suppliers and vendors to coordinate process improvements and troubleshoot issues.
  13. Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities in the manufacturing process.
  14. Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely completion of projects.
  15. Participate in project planning and provide technical expertise to support project goals.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical, Industrial, Or Manufacturing Engineering Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In A Manufacturing Environment, Preferably In The Printing Or Imaging Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Manufacturing Processes And Equipment, Including Troubleshooting And Process Optimization.

  • Experience With Project Management, Including Implementing Process Improvements And Cost Reduction Initiatives.

  • Knowledge Of Lean Manufacturing Principles And Six Sigma Methodology.
