Job Description

The Easterseals Rehabilitation Center in Evansville, IN, is currently seeking a full-time Human Resources Business Partner. Full cycle recruiting to include sourcing, applicant tracking, candidate evaluation, interviewing, pre-hire screening, job offer, and orientation/on-boarding. Networking within the community to generate referrals and develop community contacts. Represent the organization at job/career fairs. Collaborate with senior management to achieve recruiting targets. Support other human resource functions as assigned.

Job Qualifications

  • Must be able to work as part of a team

  • Prior experience in recruiting, staffing, and talent management required

  • Prior role in Human Resources is preferred a plus

  • Non-profit experience preferred
