Job Description

The Group Home Coordinator is responsible for the supervision of three 8-bed group homes for adults with physical and intellectual disabilities. This includes supervising 3 group home managers in the day-to-day operation of the homes including fiscal management, staffing and other personnel-related issues, inter-disciplinary team functions and recommendations, and coordination of medical care and behavior intervention as needed. This position will also complete all QIDP duties for one of these homes.

Job Qualifications

  • Experience working with people with developmental disabilities.

  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and valid car insurance

  • Prior supervisory experience a plus

  • Prior work in a group home setting a plus
