- Managing and leading the Workers Compensation team to ensure successful and efficient delivery of services to clients.
- Providing guidance and support to team members, including training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
- Maintaining a positive and collaborative team dynamic to promote a productive work environment.
- Developing and implementing strategies and processes to improve team performance and efficiency.
- Monitoring team metrics and performance to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
- Collaborating with other departments and stakeholders to ensure seamless and effective communication and operations.
- Serving as a point of contact for client inquiries, escalations, and complaints, and ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes related to Workers Compensation.
- Participating in the hiring and onboarding process for new team members.
- Providing regular reports and updates to upper management on team performance, achievements, and challenges.
- Maintaining a customer-centric focus and continuously seeking ways to improve the client experience.
- Promoting a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the team.
- Handling any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by the company.
Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Business Administration, Human Resources, Or Insurance.
At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Workers Compensation Claims Management, Preferably In A Leadership Or Supervisory Role.
Knowledge Of State And Federal Workers Compensation Laws And Regulations.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Lead A Team And Collaborate With Other Departments.
Experience With Software And Technology Used In Workers Compensation Claims Management, Such As Claims Processing Systems And Data Analytics Tools.
