Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop Workday HCM integrations using the Workday HCM Integrations Studio.
2. Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of Workday HCM implementations and integrations.
3. Troubleshoot Workday HCM integrations and identify solutions to complex problems.
4. Create detailed technical documentation for Workday HCM integrations.
5. Monitor system performance and modify existing integrations as needed.
6. Stay up-to-date on new Workday HCM integrations and best practices.
7. Provide timely and accurate status updates to management and other stakeholders.
8. Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
9. Participate in regular meetings and workshops to ensure successful project delivery.
10. Adhere to industry standards and best practices when designing Workday HCM integrations.
