Site Security Controller

- Develop and implement site security protocols and procedures to ensure the safety and security of all personnel and assets.
- Monitor and control access to the site, including managing visitor logs and issuing security badges.
- Conduct regular security assessments and identify potential vulnerabilities or risks.
- Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure compliance with company security policies and procedures.
- Train employees on security procedures and protocols, and conduct regular drills and exercises to ensure readiness in case of emergency.
- Investigate and report any security incidents or breaches, and take appropriate corrective actions.
- Maintain and update security systems, including CCTV, alarms, and access control systems.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and advancements in security technology, and make recommendations for improvements and upgrades.
- Coordinate with external security agencies and law enforcement as needed.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, and serve as a point of contact for security-related concerns and inquiries.
- Manage and maintain security-related documentation and records.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with security protocols and procedures.
- Respond to emergencies and provide support during crisis situations.
- Continuously monitor and assess security risks and make recommendations for improvement.
- Act as a role model for safety and security, and promote a culture of security awareness and responsibility among all employees.
Extensive Knowledge Of Security Protocols: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Security Protocols And Procedures, Such As Access Control, Surveillance, And Emergency Response. They Should Also Have Experience In Implementing And Maintaining Security Systems.
Strong Leadership Skills: As A Site Security Controller, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Leading And Managing A Team Of Security Personnel. They Should Possess Strong Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Delegate Tasks, Communicate Effectively, And Make Strategic Decisions.
Experience With Risk Assessment And Threat Analysis: The Site Security Controller Will Be Responsible For Identifying Potential Security Risks And Developing Strategies To Mitigate Them. They Should Have Experience Conducting Risk Assessments And Analyzing Threats In Order To Create Effective Security Plans.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, As Well As Strong Interpersonal Skills.
