  1. Lead and manage a team responsible for delivering high-quality services to clients.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met.
  3. Monitor and track team performance to ensure service level agreements are met.
  4. Continuously improve service delivery processes and procedures.
  5. Provide technical expertise and support to team members as needed.
  6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and effective service delivery.
  7. Communicate effectively with clients and team members to provide updates, address concerns, and resolve issues.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in technology to ensure the team is utilizing the most current and effective methods.
  9. Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and encourage growth.
  10. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to promote team success.
  11. Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects to meet deadlines.
  12. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
  13. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience In Service Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Service Management, Including Managing And Leading Teams In A Dynamic And Fast-Paced Environment.

  • Knowledge Of Itil Framework: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Itil (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) Principles And Best Practices, As Well As Experience Implementing And Maintaining Itil Processes.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: As A Service Run Leader, Effective Communication Is Essential. The Candidate Should Possess Strong Verbal And Written Communication Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Team Members, Stakeholders, And Clients.

  • Problem-Solving Abilities: The Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Identifying And Resolving Complex Technical Issues, As Well As The Ability To Think Critically And Make Sound Decisions Under Pressure.

  • Leadership And Team Management: As A Leader, The Candidate Should Have Experience In Managing And Mentoring Teams, Providing Guidance And Support, And Driving Them Towards Achieving Common Goals.
