- Conduct thorough analysis of client IT environments to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Utilize industry best practices and innovative approaches to develop service design solutions.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of service design with other IT functions.
- Develop and maintain service design documentation, including diagrams, process flows, and technical specifications.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate service design processes to identify areas for optimization and improvement.
- Keep up-to-date with advancements in IT services and incorporate new technologies and methodologies into service design.
- Collaborate with sales and business development teams to support new business opportunities and client engagements.
- Train and mentor junior team members on service design best practices and processes.
- Act as a subject matter expert on service design for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues related to service design.
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders to gather feedback and incorporate into future service design projects.
- Drive innovation and recommend process improvements to enhance overall service design capabilities.
- Represent DXC Technology as a thought leader in the field of service design.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Service Design, User Experience (Ux) Design, Human Computer Interaction (Hci), Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Service Design, Preferably In A Technology Or Consulting Company.
Demonstrated Experience In Leading And Managing Design Projects, Including Developing Project Plans, Managing Budgets, And Delivering On Client Expectations.
Strong Knowledge Of Design Thinking Principles And Methodologies, With A Focus On Understanding User Needs, Ideation, Prototyping, And Testing.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams, Present To Clients, And Build Relationships With Stakeholders.
