
Service Delivery Manager - Insurance

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the insurance industry to understand their needs and expectations.
- Lead and manage a team of service delivery professionals to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of services to clients.
- Plan, organize and coordinate the delivery of services, including setting goals and objectives, establishing metrics, and monitoring progress.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients and proactively address any issues or concerns that may arise.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all services are delivered in accordance with client requirements and industry standards.
- Monitor and analyze service delivery performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Develop and maintain service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure that services are delivered within agreed timelines and quality standards.
- Continuously assess and improve processes and procedures to enhance service delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and developments to provide strategic insights and recommendations to drive business growth.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management, to provide regular updates on service delivery performance and any issues or concerns.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and capabilities and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Service Delivery Management, Preferably In The Insurance Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Insurance Operations, Policies, And Procedures.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients And Internal Teams.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Delivering Complex Projects Within Tight Timelines And Budgets.
