- Develop and implement innovative solutions using ServiceNow platform to meet clients' unique needs.
- Act as a subject matter expert for ServiceNow solutions and provide guidance to clients.
- Work closely with project teams to ensure successful delivery of ServiceNow implementation projects.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the capabilities of ServiceNow platform.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in ServiceNow and make recommendations for improvement.

- Provide technical expertise and support to clients during the implementation and post-implementation phases.

Extensive Servicenow Experience: A Senior Servicenow Solution Consultant At Dxc Technology Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience Working With Servicenow. This Includes A Deep Understanding Of The Platform, Its Modules And Best Practices, As Well As Experience In Implementing And Customizing Servicenow Solutions For Clients.
Strong Technical Background: This Role Requires A Strong Technical Background In It Service Management, It Operations Management, Or Other Relevant Technical Fields. A Senior Servicenow Solution Consultant Should Have A Strong Understanding Of It Processes, System Architecture, And Integration Capabilities.
Project Management Skills: To Succeed In This Role, The Candidate Should Have Proven Experience In Managing Complex Projects.
