- Designing and implementing Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions for clients
- Maintaining and updating existing PAM solutions for clients
- Collaborating with clients to understand their unique needs and requirements
- Developing and presenting strategic plans for PAM implementation and maintenance
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in PAM
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients
- Conducting PAM assessments and audits to ensure compliance and security
- Troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues related to PAM
- Training and mentoring junior consultants on PAM methodologies and processes
- Working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful PAM integration with other IT systems
- Adhering to project timelines and delivering PAM solutions within budget
- Continuously evaluating and improving PAM processes and procedures
- Representing the company as a subject matter expert in PAM at industry events and conferences.
Strong Technical Background: A Senior Pam Consultant Should Have A Deep Understanding And Expertise In Privileged Access Management (Pam) Solutions, Including Experience With Industry-Leading Tools Such As Cyberark, Thycotic, Or Beyondtrust. They Should Also Have A Strong Understanding Of Security Standards And Protocols, Such As Ldap, Saml, And Ssl.
Extensive Consulting Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Consulting Role, Preferably In The Cybersecurity Or Identity And Access Management (Iam) Field. They Should Be Able To Effectively Communicate With Clients, Understand Their Needs, And Provide Tailored Solutions To Meet Their Unique Requirements.
Project Management Skills: A Senior Pam Consultant Should Be Well-Versed In Project Management Methodologies And Have Experience Leading And Delivering Complex Projects. This Includes The Ability To Develop Project Plans, Manage Timelines, And Effectively Communicate Project Progress To Stakeholders.
Business Acumen: In Addition To Technical Skills, A Senior Pam Consultant Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Business Processes And Workflows. They Should Be Able To Align Pam Solutions With An Organization's Overall Goals And Objectives, As Well As Identify Opportunities For Process Improvement And Automation.
Certifications: Dxc Technology May Require Specific Certifications For The Senior Pam Consultant Role, Such As Certified Information Systems Security Professional (Cissp), Certified Information Systems Auditor (Cisa), Or Certified Information Security Manager (Cism). These Certifications Demonstrate A Candidate's Expertise And Commitment To The Field Of Cybersecurity And Pam.
