  1. Provide on-site technical support for clients' desktop systems, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  2. Maintain and update desktop systems with necessary software and security patches.
  3. Diagnose and resolve complex technical problems quickly and efficiently.
  4. Collaborate with team members and clients to design and implement effective IT solutions.
  5. Communicate with clients in a professional and courteous manner, providing regular updates on issue resolution.
  6. Follow established protocols and procedures for incident management and escalation.
  7. Proactively identify potential issues and provide recommendations for improvement.

  • Technical Skills: An On-Site Desktop Support Engineer At Dxc Technology Should Have An In-Depth Understanding Of Computer Hardware, Software, And Networking Systems.
