- Provide expert level support for Weblogic middleware systems, troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions to improve system performance and stability.
- Proactively monitor and maintain middleware systems to ensure high availability and reliability.
- Conduct root cause analysis for critical incidents and implement preventative measures.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including standard operating procedures and best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in middleware technology to continuously improve systems and processes.
- Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and provide timely and effective solutions.
- Work closely with project managers and other stakeholders to plan and execute system upgrades and migrations.
- Participate in on-call rotations and provide 24/7 support for critical issues.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including security and compliance standards.
- Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with vendors for troubleshooting and escalation of issues.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through timely and effective communication and resolution of issues.
- Work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Extensive Experience With Weblogic Server Administration, Including Installation, Configuration, And Troubleshooting, Preferably In A Large-Scale Enterprise Environment.
Proven Ability To Provide L3 Support For Complex Middleware Environments, Including Performance Tuning, Capacity Planning, And Disaster Recovery.
Strong Understanding Of Java/J2Ee Technologies And Hands-On Experience With Middleware Integration Tools Such As Apache Tomcat, Jboss, And Ibm Websphere.
Excellent Problem-Solving Skills And Ability To Troubleshoot Middleware-Related Issues In A Timely Manner, Working Closely With Cross-Functional Teams.
Prior Experience In Scripting And Automation Using Tools Like Puppet, Ansible, Or Chef, And Familiarity With Devops Principles And Methodologies.
