If so, then we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Manager Pre Sales Enablement - ITO Cloud at DXC Technology. In this role, you will play a crucial role in enabling our sales teams to effectively position and sell our ITO cloud solutions to clients. We are seeking a highly motivated individual with proven experience in pre-sales and enablement, as well as a deep knowledge of cloud technology.   1. Develop and implement effective pre-sales strategies to drive business growth for our ITO cloud solutions.
  2. Stay up-to-date on the latest developments and trends in the cloud services landscape and use this knowledge to inform and improve our pre-sales strategies.
  3. Create and deliver training programs that empower our sales teams to effectively position and sell our ITO cloud solutions to clients.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and positioning of our ITO cloud solutions.
  5. Conduct regular assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of our pre-sales strategies and training programs and make necessary adjustments to optimize performance.
  6. Act as a subject matter expert on cloud technology, providing guidance and support to sales teams and clients.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry experts, to stay informed and identify potential opportunities for business growth.
  8. Lead and mentor a team of pre-sales professionals and provide guidance and support to help them develop their skills and achieve their goals.
  9. Collaborate with sales leadership to establish and track pre-sales metrics and KPIs to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
  10. Stay informed on competitor strategies and market trends to inform and adjust our pre-sales strategies accordingly.
  11. Act as a brand ambassador for the company, representing our values and culture to clients, partners, and industry professionals.
  12. Continuously seek out opportunities to improve and innovate our pre-sales processes and strategies to stay ahead of the competition.

Therefore, Strong Communication And Presentation Skills Are Essential To Effectively Convey Information, Pitch Ideas, And Address Questions Or Concerns.

  • Leadership And Team Management Abilities: As A Manager, The Individual Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team Of Professionals In The Pre Sales Enablement Department. This Requires Strong Leadership Skills, The Ability To Motivate And Guide Team Members, And Effectively Delegate Tasks To Ensure The Team's Success.

  • Technical Sales Experience: A Successful Manager Pre Sales Enablement At Dxc Technology Should Have Previous Experience In Technical Sales, Preferably In The Ito Cloud Industry. This Will Provide Them With A Solid Foundation In Understanding Client Needs And How To Effectively Sell Ito Cloud Solutions To Meet Those Needs.

  • Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: In This Role, The Individual Will Encounter Complex Challenges And Problems That Require Quick Thinking And Analytical Skills To Find Solutions. A Strong Aptitude For Problem-Solving And The Ability To Think Critically Will Be Valuable In Identifying And Addressing Client Needs And Concerns.
