  1. Develop and maintain front-end code for websites, applications, and other digital products.
  2. Collaborate with designers and other team members to create visually appealing and functional user interfaces.
  3. Utilize front-end development best practices and coding standards to ensure high-quality and efficient code.
  4. Continuously learn and stay up-to-date with the latest front-end development trends and techniques.
  5. Troubleshoot and debug front-end issues to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
  6. Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate front-end code with server-side logic.
  7. Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure the functionality and compatibility of front-end code across different devices and browsers.
  8. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality.
  9. Communicate project status and progress to project managers and team members.
  10. Proactively identify and suggest solutions for potential issues or roadblocks in development.
  11. Take ownership of assigned tasks and meet project deadlines.
  12. Maintain and organize code repositories and version control systems.
  13. Contribute to creating a positive and collaborative work environment within the development team.
  14. Attend team meetings and provide valuable insights and ideas to improve processes and projects.
  15. Demonstrate a strong commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Job Qualifications

  • Proficiency In Html, Css, And Javascript: A Strong Foundation In Front-End Languages Is Essential For A Junior Front-End Developer At Dxc Technology. Candidates Should Be Comfortable With Writing Clean, Semantic Code And Have Experience With Css Preprocessors And Javascript Frameworks.

  • Knowledge Of Ui/Ux Principles: As A Junior Front-End Developer, Understanding The Principles Of User Interface And User Experience Design Is Crucial. Candidates Should Have A Good Eye For Design And Be Able To Create Visually Appealing And User-Friendly Interfaces.

  • Familiarity With Responsive Design: With The Increasing Use Of Mobile Devices, It Is Important For A Junior Front-End Developer To Have A Good Understanding Of Responsive Design. Candidates Should Be Able To Create Websites That Work Seamlessly Across Different Devices And Screen Sizes.

  • Experience With Version Control Systems: Dxc Technology Values Candidates Who Have Experience Working With Version Control Systems Such As Git. This Allows For Collaboration And Ensures That Code Changes Are Tracked And Managed Effectively.
