- Lead and guide a team of software engineers in the development and implementation of the Ingenium platform.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance in software engineering and architecture to ensure the platform is designed and developed in an efficient and effective manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Ingenium platform and its capabilities to effectively lead and guide the team.
- Oversee the design and development process, ensuring that best practices and industry standards are followed.
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to maintain code quality.
- Mentor and coach team members, providing guidance and support for their professional development.
- Stay updated with the latest technology trends and make recommendations for the adoption of new tools and technologies to enhance the platform.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry standards and regulations.
- Continuously assess and improve processes and methodologies to optimize efficiency and quality of deliverables.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to management and stakeholders in a timely and accurate manner.
- Act as a subject matter expert on the Ingenium platform and provide support to sales and marketing teams in promoting its capabilities.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the team.
Extensive Experience In Designing And Leading Complex Software Development Projects, Preferably In The It Consulting Or Technology Industry.
In-Depth Knowledge Of The Dxc Ingenium Platform, Including Its Architecture, Capabilities, And Best Practices For Implementation.
Proven Ability To Lead And Mentor A Team Of Developers, Architects, And Other Technical Professionals To Deliver High-Quality Solutions On Time And Within Budget.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Quickly Understand And Troubleshoot Complex Technical Issues.
Excellent Communication And Stakeholder Management Skills, With The Ability To Interact Effectively With Both Technical And Non-Technical Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
