  1. Manage the employee life cycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and all other HR-related processes.
  2. Ensure a positive and seamless experience for all employees throughout their time with the company.
  3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation.
  4. Collaborate with other HR team members to develop and implement efficient and effective processes.
  5. Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries and issues.
  6. Stay up-to-date with all relevant HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
  7. Coordinate and conduct training and development programs for employees, as needed.
  8. Support the recruitment and hiring process, including creating job postings, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
  9. Manage employee benefits programs and ensure timely and accurate enrollment and changes.
  10. Investigate and resolve employee relations issues in a timely and professional manner.
  11. Collaborate with managers to develop and implement performance improvement plans.
  12. Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve overall HR operations.
  13. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information in a professional manner.
  14. Continuously seek ways to improve and streamline HR processes and procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Collaborate With Various Stakeholders.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Hr Operations, Preferably In A Large Corporate Environment.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Employee Life Cycle Processes And Procedures, Including Onboarding, Benefits Enrollment, And Offboarding.

  • Proficiency In Hris Systems And Strong Analytical Skills For Data Analysis And Reporting.
