
Help Desk Technician
DXC Technology is looking for a motivated and experienced Help Desk Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate must have excellent problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to quickly provide solutions to customer inquiries.The successful applicant must possess a minimum of two years of experience in a help desk environment, preferably in a large corporate or enterprise setting. They must also have a thorough knowledge of Windows, Mac OS, and mobile device operating systems. Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office and other popular products is essential.A friendly and patient demeanor is essential, as is the ability to interact effectively with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders. Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and technical support to customers via telephone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot customer inquiries quickly and accurately, providing solutions in a timely manner.
- Analyze customer issues and provide creative solutions to difficult problems.
- Research technical issues and provide detailed resolutions.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of Windows, Mac OS, and mobile device operating systems.
- Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office and other popular products.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Remain patient and professional when dealing with difficult customers.
- Work independently and under pressure to meet customer service goals.
- Keep up to date with current technical developments and best practices.
