  1. Conduct thorough financial analysis and compliance reviews of business process transactions.
  2. Utilize expertise in FINRA regulations and guidelines to ensure regulatory compliance throughout all stages of business processes.
  3. Monitor and assess the effectiveness of compliance programs and recommend improvements as needed.
  4. Analyze and interpret complex financial data to identify trends, patterns, and potential risks.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies for mitigating compliance risks.
  6. Stay abreast of industry developments and changes in regulatory requirements to ensure ongoing compliance.
  7. Develop and maintain detailed documentation of compliance processes and procedures.
  8. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders on compliance matters, providing clear and concise explanations of regulations and requirements.
  9. Participate in audits and examinations by regulatory bodies and assist in the preparation of required reports and responses.
  10. Identify and report potential compliance issues and work with management to resolve them in a timely manner.
  11. Train and educate team members on compliance policies, procedures, and best practices.
  12. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to ethical standards in all aspects of the job.
  13. Continuously evaluate and improve processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  14. Collaborate with other analysts and team members to share knowledge and best practices.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Understanding Of Finra Regulations: A Finra Certified Analyst Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Finra Regulations And How They Apply To Business Process Transactions. This Includes Knowledge Of Compliance Requirements, Reporting Guidelines, And Best Practices For Ensuring Regulatory Compliance.

  • Experience In Financial Analysis: A Finra Certified Analyst Should Have Experience In Financial Analysis, Including The Ability To Interpret And Analyze Financial Data And Trends. This Is Essential For Conducting Due Diligence On Business Process Transactions And Identifying Potential Risks Or Areas For Improvement.

  • Proficiency In Technology And Systems: Dxc Technology Is A Technology Company, And A Finra Certified Analyst Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Technology And Systems Used In Business Process Transactions. This Includes Knowledge Of Software And Tools For Data Analysis, Reporting, And Compliance.

  • Communication Skills: As A Finra Certified Analyst, Effective Communication Skills Are Crucial. This Includes The Ability To Clearly And Concisely Communicate Complex Financial And Regulatory Information To Stakeholders, As Well As Collaborate With Other Team Members And Departments.

  • Strong Attention To Detail: Business Process Transactions Require A High Level Of Accuracy, And A Finra Certified Analyst Should Have A Strong Attention To Detail. This Includes Carefully Reviewing And Analyzing Data, Identifying Potential Errors Or Discrepancies, And Ensuring Compliance With All Regulatory Requirements.
