As a Client Partner, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and ensuring client satisfaction.   1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients within the aerospace and defense industry.
  2. Understand clients' business challenges and identify opportunities for digital transformation.
  3. Collaborate with clients to develop strategic digital solutions that address their specific needs and drive business growth.
  4. Act as a subject matter expert on digital solutions for the aerospace and defense industry and keep abreast of industry trends and developments.
  5. Work closely with the sales team to develop and execute account plans and drive revenue growth.
  6. Ensure client satisfaction by providing excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and effectively.
  7. Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing client accounts.
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver digital solutions that meet clients' expectations and needs.
  9. Keep accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the company's CRM system.
  10. Stay updated on DXC Technology's products and services and effectively communicate them to clients.
  11. Represent DXC Technology at industry events and conferences, promoting our digital solutions and building brand awareness.
  12. Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all client interactions and represent the company in a positive light at all times.
  13. Continuously monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to provide recommendations for improvements and enhancements to our digital solutions.

  • Strong Understanding Of The Aerospace & Defense Industry: The Client Partner Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Aerospace & Defense Industry, Including Its Trends, Challenges, And Key Players. This Knowledge Is Crucial For Effectively Identifying And Pursuing Digital Transformation Opportunities For Clients In This Sector.

  • Proven Track Record In Sales And Business Development: The Client Partner Should Have A Successful Track Record In Sales And Business Development, Preferably Within The Aerospace & Defense Sector. This Includes Experience In Identifying And Pursuing New Business Opportunities, Building And Maintaining Relationships With Clients, And Achieving Revenue Targets.

  • Expertise In Digital Transformation: The Client Partner Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Digital Transformation And Its Impact On The Aerospace & Defense Industry. This Includes Knowledge Of Emerging Technologies, Such As Artificial Intelligence, Internet Of Things, And Data Analytics, And How They Can Be Applied To Drive Business Growth And Innovation.

  • Exceptional Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Key Interface Between Clients And The Company, The Client Partner Must Possess Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills. This Includes The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Technical Concepts, Build Rapport With Clients, And Negotiate Contracts And Partnerships.

  • Leadership And Strategic Thinking: The Client Partner Should Be A Strategic Thinker With Strong Leadership Skills. They Must Be Able To Develop And Execute Strategic Plans For Clients, Lead Cross-Functional Teams, And Provide Guidance And Direction To Drive Successful Digital Transformation Initiatives. Additionally, The Client Partner Should Have A Strong Business Acumen And Be Able To Make Data-Driven Decisions.
