1. Conduct thorough analysis of client business processes to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions using the ServiceNow platform.
2. Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and goals, and provide strategic recommendations for leveraging ServiceNow capabilities.
3. Utilize expert knowledge of the ServiceNow toolset to design and implement efficient and effective solutions for clients.
4. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing timely and accurate updates on project progress and addressing any concerns or issues.
5. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions and alignment with business objectives.
6. Proactively identify and communicate potential risks or roadblocks to project success, and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
7. Continuously stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to business process consulting and the ServiceNow platform.
8. Contribute to the growth and development of the ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management practice through knowledge sharing, training, and mentoring of team members.
9. Collaborate with sales teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and potential clients.
10. Provide regular status updates and reports to senior management on project progress, client satisfaction, and team performance.
