Job Description

At DXC Technology, we are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Associate Professional Java Developer to join our team. We are looking for a developer who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and has the ability to think outside the box. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing, testing, and implementing Java applications that support our clients' needs.The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, 2+ years of experience in developing, testing, and implementing Java applications, and a strong knowledge of Java web technologies. You should also have excellent problem-solving and communication skills, be highly organized, and have a passion for learning and staying up-to-date on the latest technologies. If you have a desire to work in a fast-paced and innovative environment, then we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop, test, and implement Java applications that support our clients' needs
  2. Analyze and solve complex software problems
  3. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Java web technologies and trends
  4. Collaborate with other developers and stakeholders to ensure quality
  5. Document requirements, design, and implementation of applications
  6. Review and debug code to ensure optimal performance
  7. Create and maintain technical documentation for applications
  8. Troubleshoot and resolve software issues
  9. Monitor application performance and security
  10. Perform unit and integration testing to ensure application functionality and reliability
