- Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of ERP package applications for clients.
- Lead and manage a team of developers and support staff.
- Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Utilize project management skills to plan, execute, and monitor ERP projects.
- Continuously improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness of ERP systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues and ensure seamless integration with other systems.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, including training and development opportunities.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in ERP systems to ensure our clients are receiving the most up-to-date and effective solutions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their business objectives.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of ERP solutions within budget and scope.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Systems, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Implementing And Managing Erp Package Applications, Preferably In A Large-Scale Enterprise Environment
Strong Knowledge Of Erp Systems Such As Sap, Oracle, Or Microsoft Dynamics
Proven Leadership Skills With The Ability To Manage A Team And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams
Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills With The Ability To Effectively Troubleshoot And Resolve Technical Issues Related To Erp Applications.
