
Assistant Help Desk Technician
We’re looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, and tech-savvy individual to join our team as an Assistant Help Desk Technician at DXC Technology. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to customers and helping our team troubleshoot issues. You will be working closely with our Help Desk Technicians to ensure our customers’ needs are met.To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and an in-depth knowledge of computer systems and networks. It is also essential that you have a customer-focused attitude and the ability to think on your feet. If you have the necessary skills and experience, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance to customers to troubleshoot issues.
- Work closely with Help Desk Technicians to resolve customer inquiries.
- Maintain a customer-focused attitude and think creatively to solve problems.
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
- Familiarize with computer systems and networks to better serve customers.
- Utilize relevant software and tools to effectively diagnose and troubleshoot customer inquiries.
- Develop and document technical procedures and guidelines.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer service processes.
- Keep up to date with industry trends and advancements.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
