Job Description

DXC Technology is looking for a motivated and passionate Assistant Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As the first point of contact for customer inquiries, the Assistant Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, troubleshooting technical issues, and assisting with product/service inquiries. To be successful in this role, the successful candidate must possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and proactively. Responsibilities:

  1. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner via phone, email, and other communication methods.
  2. Troubleshoot customer technical issues and provide solutions as needed.
  3. Assist customers with product/service inquiries and provide accurate information.
  4. Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers.
  5. Accurately document customer interactions and inquiries in the company’s database.
  6. Follow up with customers to ensure their inquiries have been addressed.
  7. Monitor customer feedback to identify areas of improvement and suggest solutions.
  8. Proactively identify customer needs and provide solutions.
  9. Adhere to company policies and procedures when responding to customer inquiries.
  10. Participate in training and development sessions to stay up to date on customer service best practices.
