- Design and implement ArcSight infrastructure according to industry best practices and company standards.
- Develop and maintain ArcSight use cases to support security monitoring and incident detection.
- Monitor and analyze security events and logs from various sources to identify potential security threats.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to ArcSight infrastructure.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure the integrity and effectiveness of ArcSight infrastructure.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the cyber security industry, particularly in relation to ArcSight technology.
- Provide technical guidance and support to other team members and departments on ArcSight-related matters.
- Develop and maintain documentation of ArcSight infrastructure and processes.
- Identify and implement improvements to enhance the performance and efficiency of ArcSight infrastructure.
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and provide solutions to meet their requirements.
- Collaborate with vendors to evaluate and implement new ArcSight products and upgrades.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Continuously monitor and assess the security posture of the organization and recommend improvements as needed.
- Participate in on-call rotation and respond to any critical security incidents in a timely manner.
- Train and mentor junior team members on ArcSight technology and processes.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience Working With Arcsight Siem Technology.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Security Information And Event Management (Siem) Concepts And Best Practices.
Extensive Experience With Arcsight Esm, Logger, And Arcsight Connectors And Content Development.
Strong Understanding Of Network Security, System Security, And Information Security Principles.
