- Manage and oversee the accounts receivable and order-to-cash processes for the company.
- Review and reconcile customer accounts to ensure accurate and timely payment processing.
- Monitor and follow up on past due accounts, resolving any issues or discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries and concerns regarding their accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any billing or payment discrepancies and ensure accurate and timely invoicing.
- Utilize French language skills to communicate with French-speaking customers and resolve any language barriers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Participate in month-end and year-end closing processes, including preparing reports and reconciliations.
- Continuously identify process improvements and implement best practices to streamline the AR/O2C processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance with all financial and accounting standards.
- Train and mentor new team members on company policies and processes.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to meeting deadlines and achieving team goals.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to provide updates on customer accounts and resolve any issues.

Fluency In French: As An Ar/O2C Specialist With Dxc Technology, Proficiency In French Is A Must-Have Qualification. This Includes Strong Written And Verbal Communication Skills, As Well As The Ability To Understand And Interpret French Documents And Correspondence.
Experience In Accounts Receivable And Order To Cash: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In Ar And O2C Processes, Including Handling Collections, Credit Management, And Order Processing. Knowledge Of Sap Or Other Erp Systems Is Also Highly Desirable.
Attention To Detail And Accuracy: As An Ar/O2C Specialist, It Is Important To Have A Strong Eye For Detail And The Ability To Maintain A High Level Of Accuracy In All Tasks. This Includes Processing Invoices, Reconciling Accounts, And Resolving Discrepancies.
