As a Shift Leader, you would be responsible for providing leadership and direction to store crew members, ensuring store operations run smoothly and efficiently, and providing an overall excellent customer experience.The ideal candidate should have at least one year of experience in a customer service-oriented environment, be able to multi-task and handle multiple customer requests in a timely manner, and have excellent communication skills.
