Previous Supervisory Experience: The Ideal Candidate For A Shift Leader Position At Dunkin' Should Have Prior Experience In A Supervisory Role, Preferably In A Fast-Paced Food Service Environment. This Will Demonstrate Their Ability To Lead And Manage A Team Effectively.
Strong Communication Skills: As A Shift Leader, It Is Essential To Have Excellent Communication Skills To Effectively Delegate Tasks, Provide Feedback, And Interact With Both Customers And Team Members. The Candidate Should Be Able To Communicate Clearly And Professionally In Both Verbal And Written Forms.
