Previous Supervisory Experience: The Ideal Candidate For A Shift Leader Position At Dunkin' Should Have Prior Experience In A Supervisory Role, Preferably In A Fast-Paced Food Service Environment. This Will Demonstrate Their Ability To Lead And Manage A Team Effectively.
Strong Communication Skills: As A Shift Leader, It Is Essential To Have Excellent Communication Skills To Effectively Delegate Tasks, Provide Feedback, And Interact With Both Customers And Team Members.
