
Shift Leader

- Oversee and manage daily operations of the store during assigned shifts.
- Train and supervise team members to ensure they are providing exceptional customer service.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, order supplies as needed, and ensure proper product rotation.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and meets all sanitation and safety standards.
- Create and maintain employee schedules, taking into account business needs and employee availability.
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates, provide feedback, and address any concerns.
- Lead by example and uphold company standards and policies at all times.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the store manager to identify areas for improvement and implement new procedures or initiatives.
- Assist with new hire training and onboarding processes.
- Act as a role model for the team, promoting teamwork, positivity, and a strong work ethic.
- Stay informed about current promotions, products, and company initiatives.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of all menu items and be able to make recommendations to customers.
- Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales and productivity goals set by management.
Previous Leadership Experience: A Shift Leader At Dunkin' Should Have Prior Experience In A Leadership Role, Preferably In The Food And Beverage Industry. This Will Demonstrate Their Ability To Manage A Team And Make Decisions In A Fast-Paced Environment.
Excellent Communication Skills: As A Shift Leader, It Is Crucial To Effectively Communicate With Both Team Members And Customers. This Includes Providing Clear Instructions, Addressing Any Issues Or Concerns, And Maintaining A Positive And Professional Demeanor.
Strong Customer Service Skills: Dunkin' Is Known For Its Exceptional Customer Service, And A Shift Leader Should Embody This. They Should Have A Friendly And Approachable Attitude, Be Able To Handle Customer Complaints Or Inquiries, And Ensure A Positive Experience For All Guests.
