Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and innovative Senior Solutions Architect to join our team and lead our Point-of-Sale (POS) and restaurant operations. As the Senior Solutions Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing solutions that drive efficiency, streamline operations, and enhance the overall customer experience at our restaurants. We are looking for a dynamic individual with a passion for technology and a deep understanding of the restaurant industry.   1. Lead the design and implementation of solutions for Point-of-Sale (POS) and restaurant operations.
  2. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the restaurant industry and its technological needs.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  4. Conduct research on emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve and innovate our solutions.
  5. Oversee the integration of new technologies with existing systems to ensure seamless operations.
  6. Provide technical expertise and guidance to the development team in the design and implementation of solutions.
  7. Ensure that all solutions align with business goals, standards, and best practices.
  8. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues related to the solutions.
  9. Lead the testing and troubleshooting of solutions to ensure they meet functional and performance requirements.
  10. Train and mentor team members on new technologies and processes.
  11. Collaborate with vendors and partners to evaluate and select technology solutions that meet business needs.
  12. Develop and maintain system documentation and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  13. Stay updated with the latest industry developments and incorporate them into our solutions.
  14. Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure effective communication and understanding of solutions.
  15. Provide technical support and guidance to resolve any issues that may arise with the solutions.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience In Pos And Restaurant Operations: The Senior Solutions Architect Should Possess A Deep Understanding And Extensive Experience In Both Point-Of-Sale (Pos) Systems And Restaurant Operations, Preferably Within The Qsr Industry.

  • Strong Technical Background: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Technical Background With A Degree In Computer Science, Engineering, Or A Related Field. They Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Software Development, Database Management, And System Integration.

  • Leadership And Project Management Skills: As A Senior Role, The Solutions Architect Must Have Proven Leadership And Project Management Skills. They Should Be Able To Lead And Manage A Team Of Developers, Analysts, And Project Managers To Deliver Solutions On Time And Within Budget.

  • Business Acumen: The Senior Solutions Architect Should Have A Solid Understanding Of Business Operations And Strategy. They Should Be Able To Align Technology Solutions With Business Goals And Provide Recommendations For Process Improvements.

  • Communication And Collaboration Skills: Effective Communication And Collaboration Are Essential For A Senior Solutions Architect. They Should Be Able To Communicate Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams To Deliver Solutions That Meet Business Needs.
