
Senior Financial Analyst, Corporate Shared Service
We are looking for a driven and experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our Corporate Shared Service team at Dunkin'. - Conduct financial analysis: The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for conducting thorough financial analysis to support decision-making and drive financial performance for the organization. This includes analyzing financial data, identifying trends, and providing insights to inform business strategies.
- Develop financial reports: This role will involve creating and maintaining financial reports to track performance and provide relevant information to stakeholders. The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for ensuring accuracy and timeliness of these reports.
- Support strategic decision-making: As a key member of the Corporate Shared Service team, the Senior Financial Analyst will provide valuable insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making. This may include evaluating potential investments, cost-saving initiatives, and other business opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: The Senior Financial Analyst will work closely with various departments and teams within the organization, including Operations, Marketing, and Supply Chain. They will collaborate to gather and analyze financial data, provide support for projects, and ensure alignment on financial goals.
- Monitor and track budget: This role will involve closely monitoring and tracking the budget, ensuring that expenses are in line with projections and identifying any discrepancies. The Senior Financial Analyst will also provide recommendations for budget adjustments as needed.
- Forecast financial performance: The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for forecasting financial performance and identifying potential risks and opportunities for the organization. They will use this information to make recommendations for improving financial outcomes.
- Conduct industry research: To stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, the Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for conducting research and staying informed on the latest developments in the food and beverage industry.
- Mentor junior analysts: The Senior Financial Analyst will have the opportunity to mentor and train junior analysts, providing guidance and support to help them develop their financial analysis skills.
- Maintain compliance: The Senior Financial Analyst will ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies, and make recommendations for any necessary changes or updates.
- Drive continuous improvement: As a part of the Corporate Shared Service
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Financial Analysis Or Accounting, Preferably In A Corporate Shared Service Environment.
Advanced Proficiency In Microsoft Excel And Other Financial Modeling Tools.
Strong Understanding Of Gaap And Financial Reporting Standards.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify Trends And Provide Strategic Recommendations For Improvement.
